Till a month or so back a friend of mine was in hot pursuit for the perfect designer and developer for his new website. He went to nearly a dozen designing and development firms who best matched his taste and budget. As is obvious he had to choose one, and he rejected the others for various reasons including apparent design skills, inexperience, the cost not fitting into his requirements amongst others.
